Hosting
This website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria (servers within the EU). When you visit the site, the host processes technically necessary data on our behalf in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, data volume, browser and operating system, and the referring page. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting and then deleted. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
Encryption and security
The connection to this website is encrypted via TLS (https). The site loads nothing from third-party servers; all fonts, images and scripts are served from our own web space.
Contact form and e-mail
If you write to us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, subject, message, plus the time and IP address of submission to prevent abuse) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where a membership is concerned, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (answering enquiries). The form is sent by a script on our web space as an e-mail to info@egrs.net; the data is not stored on the web server. We delete the request once it is settled and no statutory retention periods apply. Providing the data is voluntary; without it we cannot answer your request.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, map, video or social media services. Fonts are loaded locally from our server; no data is transmitted to font providers.
The contrast and text-size switches store your choice only in your browser (local storage). This setting is not transmitted to us or to third parties and can be removed at any time via the switches or your browser settings.

Links to other websites (e.g. associations) lead to third-party offers. Their own privacy notices apply to their data processing.

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). We do not pass personal data on to third parties, apart from the host processing it on our behalf. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.
